How Can sharp Shoulder Blade Pain Be Treated?

I have been having physical therapy for a right arm deep bruised muscle for three weeks, but no imagery was done. I was awakened with a sharp pain in my right shoulder blade, but now the pain has subsided. It almost made me sick to my stomach. I seem to be okay now

if youhave improved with physiotherapy. then it is ok and no more treatment is requered. continue physiotherapy.
